摘要
目的 探讨腰椎间盘T2相对值在腰椎间盘退变量化分级中的临床应用价值.方法 对78例受试者腰椎间盘T2相对值与腰椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级的相关性进行分析.结果 各级腰椎间盘T2相对值随Pfirrmann分级增高而增大,各级间差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 T2相对值可以对腰椎间盘退变进行准确的量化分级.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relative T2() ,( relative T2 relaxation time) in lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods Comparison T2() in 390 discs was performed at different anatomic levels and different Pfirrmann grades in 78 patients. Results In every different anatomic levels, the T2 ratio increased while the Pfirrmann grade increased , significant differences of the T2() were found between other grades. Conclusion Using the T2() of lumbar disc can reflect a good degree of lumbar disc degeneration.
