复方丹红联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨复方丹红联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病的临床疗效.方法 选择慢性布氏杆菌病患者168例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用复方丹红联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗,对照组只用左氧氟沙星和多西环素治疗,3周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察其临床疗效.结果 治疗组治愈率为91.7％,对照组治愈率为79.8％,2组比较有统计学意义(x2=4.86,P＜0.05).治疗组不良反应发生率为4.8％.对照组为14.3％,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.42,P＜0.05).结论 复方丹红联合左氧氟沙星及多西环素治疗慢性布氏杆菌病疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床进一步研究.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection combined with Levofloxacin and Doxycycline in the treatment of chronic brucellosis. Methods 158 patients with chronic brucellosis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given Danhong injection combined with Levofloxacin and Doxycycline,while the control group were given Levofloxacin and Doxycycline to observe the clinical efficacy. One course of treatment was three weeks. After two course would evaluate the effect. Results Of 84 cases in treatment group,the cure rate was 91. 7% ;of 84 cases in control group,the cure rate was 79. 8%. There was significant difference between two groups(x2 = 4. 86,P<0.05). ADR incidence of treatment group was 4. 8% .which decreased significantly,compared with control group of 14. 3%(x2 = 4. 42,P<0. 05). Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Levofloxacin and Doxyeycline is a new and effective treatment method for chronic brucellosis.
