硝酸甘油治疗充血性心力衰竭后心功能的改善及NT-proBNP和hs-CRP的变化和意义

摘要
目的 探讨硝酸甘油治疗充血性心力衰竭后的心功能的改善及NT-proBNP和hs-CRP的变化和意义.方法 选取2010-10-2011-10在我科住院的心力衰竭患者64例为研究对象,分析应用硝酸甘油治疗前、后患者生命体征、临床症状、心脏超声指标及NT-proBNP和hs-CRP的变化和意义.结果 (1)应用硝酸甘油后,患者生命体征平稳,临床症状明显改善,心功能级别明显提高；(2)应用硝酸甘油后患者心率、血压明显下降,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；(3)治疗后心脏超声指标明显改善,NT-proBNP和hs-CRP较治疗均前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗对充血性心力衰竭后心功能得到明显的改善,NT-proBNP和hs-CRP明显降低.
Abstract
Objective This study was carried out to evaluate the Improvement in Cardiac function and Changes and significance of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in the treatment of congestive heart failure by Nitroglyceria Methods 64 patient with CHF who were in our hospital 2010 10 to 2011 10 were chose. And we analysed the patients vital signs, clinical symptoms, cardiac ultrasound index and NT-proBNP and hs-CRP change and significance after treatment by nitroglycerin. Result (l)we found that the patients had stabel vital signs and improved markedly in clinical symptoms and cardiac function class(P<0. 05);(2)There was significant difference before and after treatment in Heart rate and blood pressure(P<0. 05);(3)and cardiac ultrasound parameters improved significantly after treatment , NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion through treatment of congestive heart failure by intravenous drip of nitroglycerin, the patients cardiac function improved obviously and NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were significantly decreased.
