Comparison of three different kinds of intravenous lines in PICC
Objective To observe the difference of three different intravenous lines in PICC. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into A basilic vein group(n=40) ,B median cubital vein group(n=40) ,C cephalic vein group (n=40) ,the three groups were observed in patients with catheterizationd time) and the success rate of indwelling time. Results The three groups of venipuncture successful rate of the difference was significant (x2= 6. 35, P< 0. 05) ;indwelling time difference was significant(x2 = 7. 56,P<0.05). Conclusion The basilic vein or median cubital vein puncture success rate and retention time are significantly higher than that of the cephalic vein puncture.
