对糖尿病肾病型血脂及血小板参数测定的分析

摘要
目的 分析2型糖尿病肾病患者血脂及血小板参数的变化及意义.方法 65例2型糖尿病肾病患者的血脂及血小板参数分别与65例无并发症的2型糖尿病患者及65例健康体检者相比较,血脂包括甘油三酯和总胆固醇,血小板参数包括血小板计数,平均血小板体积,血小板体积分布宽度及血小板压积.结果 Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病组甘油三酯和胆固醇水平均显著高于2型糖尿病组及正常对照组(P＜0.05),血小板平均体积,血小板体积分布宽度及血小板压积也显著高于2型糖尿病组及正常对照组(P＜0.05),血小板计数三组间未见显著性差异.结论 测定血脂及血小板参数对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和病情分析具有重要的临床价值.
Abstract
Objective To analysis the change of the blood platelet and blood lipids in diabetic hephropathy. Methods The blood lipidsl. including TG and CHO) and the blood platelet(including PLT,MPV,PDW,and PCT) were measured in 65 cases of diabetic hepthropathy,65 cases of 2 type diabetic(without hepthropathy) and 65 healthy controls. Results The levels of blood lipids and MPV.PDW and PCT in diabetic hephropathy were significantly higher in comparison with biabetes without hephropathy and healthy controls( P<0. 05), the PLT level had no significantl difference between the three groups. Conclusion The measurement of blood lipids and blood platelet have very important clinical value in the early diagnosis and analysis of diabetes hephropathy.
