Diagnostic value of three variances of MR dynamic enhancement on pituitary microadenoma
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of peak time, enhancement rate and slope of MR dynamic enhancement on pituitary microadenoma by logistic regression and ROC curve. Method 30 people with normal pituitary and 30 patients with pituitary microadenoma undertook MR dynamic enhancement scanning, and analyzed the ROC curve of peak time, slope and enhancement rate and compared the area under the ROC curve of logistic regression. Result ROC analysis showed that the area under ROC curve of peak time, curve of enhancement rate , curve of enhance slope was 0. 896, 0. 643 and 0. 868, and the area under combined ROC curve of 3 variances was 0. 907. Conclusion Peak time, slope of MR dynamic enhancement is valuable in diagnosis of pituitary microadenoma. The diagnostic value of three variances are higher than single variance.
