Levels change and its clinical significance of high sensitivity C reactive protein and N terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide of patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To detect the changes of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high sensitivity C reactive proteinf hs-CRP) levels of patients with coronary heart disease and discuss its clinical significance. Methods We measured the serum levels of NT-proBNP and of hs-CRP from 120 cases of coronary artery disease, and 50 healthy controls. Analytical Performance Evaluation of The ROCHE E170 MODULAR 1MMUNOASS ANALYZER was used to detect NT-proBNP levels and Rate nephelometry immunoassay for hs-CRP measurement. Re-salts The median of hs-CRP in patients' serum with coronary heart disease was 5. 76(3. 65~18. 89)mg/L,abnormal rate of 35. 9% ,the median of hs-CRP in serum of healthy control group was 2. 82(0. 29 ~11. 6 )mg/L,abnormality rate was 11. 2% ,the two groups had significant difference(P<0. 01). NT-proBNP of coronary heart disease according to NYHA class, Ⅱ , Ⅲ ,Ⅳ level of serum were 1 260(380~1 560)Pg/ml,2 250(890~3 690)Pg/ml and 4 120(2 990~7 800)Pg/ml,Which were significantly higher than healthy controls NT-proBNP189(51~966)Pg/ml. Conclusion hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels in the serum are increased with the severity of coronary heart disease and increased understanding for both the detection of cardiac function has important clinical significance.
