Intervention of comprehensive health education for simple obesity children with fatty liver
Objective To study the intervention of comprehensive health education in simple obesity children with fatty liver,and explore an effective way to control childhood obesity. Methods 58 cases of fatty liver in obese children using a family based behavior therapy,exercise training and diet to control,and comprehensive intervention,including behavioral therapy,dietary advice and physical activity interventions for its comprehensive implementation of health interventions. And its efficacy compared to normal weight children also selected as the control group 58. Results Before the intervention, obese body weight, BMI values, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, TC,TG,LDL-C were higher!P<0. 01),after the intervention BMI,systolic blood pressure,TC,TG lower than before intervention(P< 0. 01); HDL-C lower than the control group(P<0.01),HDL-C after the intervention than before intervention( P< 0.01). Conclusion For obese children to take comprehensive health interventions to improve blood lipid levels can play a role. The neutral body can reduce fat .reduce the incidence of fatty liver.
