三维重建CT与二维X线正侧位片在头影测量上的比较

摘要
目的 对20例患者分别采用在三维重建CT图形与二维X线正侧位片进行头影测量比较,进一步评价二者之间的精确性.方法 对20例患者分别进行CT扫描和X线正侧位摄片,然后分别进行头影测量,比较二者之间的差异.结果 三维重建CT图形与二维X线正侧位片的头影测量结果(0.01＜P＜0.05)差异有统计学意义.结论 在三维重建CT图形上进行头影测量定点,准确性更高,具有较好的临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective Comparison of three dimensional reconstruction of CT and two dimensional X-ray in the cephalometric measurements in 20 patients, and further evaluation of the accuracy of them. Methods 20 patients with cephalometric measurements, and then compare the difference of three dimensional reconstruction of CT and two dimensional X-ray. Results The difference of cephalometric results was statistically significant (0. 01<P<0. 05). Conclusion The three dimensional reconstruction of CT have higher accuracy and better clinical value.
