摘要
目的 探讨双能量减影和计算机辅助诊断在DR胸片中检出肺结节的意义.方法 21例经CT检查证实肺内有小结节的患者,分析使用双能量减影和计算机辅助诊断与不使用任何软件技术的常规DR胸片阅读的比较,评价使用双能量减影和计算机辅助诊断的临床诊断意义.结果 使用双能量减影和计算机辅助诊断与不使用任何软件技术的常规DR胸片阅读中肺结节的检出差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 使用双能量减影和计算机辅助诊断对DR胸片中提高肺结节的检出有一定的价值,是常规DR有益的补充.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of DES and CAD on the detection of lung nodules by chest X-ray. Methods 21 cases with lung nodules who was confirmed by CT were analyzed and compared using DES and CAD or conventional chest X-ray, and to evaluate the value of DES and CAD in digital chest radiographs. Results There is significant difference using DES and CAD or conventional chest X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain value to detect lung nodules in digital chest radiographs using DES and CAD. DES and CAD is the beneficial supplement for conventional chest X-ray.
