超声检查对颈总动脉弹性功能参数的研究

摘要
目的 探讨健康人颈总动脉弹性功能的参数.方法 对200名健康人进行颈总动脉超声检查,比较不同年龄段颈总动脉的弹性功能.结果 颈总动脉扩张性和紧张度随年龄的增加而逐渐减小,而僵硬度逐渐增加,其差异性具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).60岁以上年龄组颈总动脉的扩张性男性明显高于女性(P＜0.01).双侧颈总动脉膨大部动脉扩张性和动脉紧张度明显小于颈总动脉中段(P＜0.01);而僵硬度则明显大于颈总动脉中段(P＜0.01).结论 超声检查是评价颈总动脉血管弹性功能的有效方法.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the carotid arteries elasticity function of join count. Methods 200 cases of healthy people have performed carotid artery ultrasound examination to compare carotid artery elastic function in different ages. Results Carotid artery distensibility(CAD) and artery stiffness( ASt) gradually increases with the increase of ages, and there are have significant differencel P<0.01). Carotid artery distensibility of male is higher than female in the over 60 years old(P<0.01), Arterial distensibility and arterial tension of enlargement of bilateral common carotid artery is significantly less than middle carotid artery(P<0. 01), and artery stiffness of enlargement of bilateral common carotid artery is significantly larger than middle carotid artery! P<0. 01). Conclusion Ultrasonic examination is an effective way to evaluate carotid arteries elasticity function.
