Treatment efficacy of continuous high flux hemofiltration in septic shock
Objective To study the treatment efficacy of continuous high flux hemofiltration in septic shock. Methods 100 septic shock patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received the convertional therapy, and the treatment group accepted the convertional therapy 8nd continuous high flux hemofiltration. Before and after treatment, compared with the differences of respiratory rare (RR), heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP), APACHE Ⅱ score, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2), platelet count, blood lactate levels, time changes of vasoactive drugs of patients in the two groups. Results The difference of outcome measure was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion;Combination the convertional therapy and continuous high flux hemofiltration can effectively improve the patient's hemo-dynamic and oxygenation, and maintain patients homeostasis.
