目的 对贝克曼库尔特LH750全自动血细胞分析仪的应用性能进行评价.方法 采用EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血液标本,对LH750血细胞分析仪的准确度、精密度、携带污染率、线性范围比较试验进行检测,将结果与贝克曼库尔特公司提供的设计标准比较,应用两种不同进样模式检测标本,比较两者之间的差异.结果 LH750全自动血细胞分析仪的准确度、精密度、携带污染率、线性范围等结果,均符合设计规定要求,两者进样模式在允许偏倚范围之内.结论 LH750全自动血细胞分析仪应用性能良好,能满足血液常规分析的一般要求.
Application and evaluation of LH750 automated hematology analyzer
Objective To evaluate the application performance of Beckman Coulter LH750 automated hematology analyzer. Methods Using of EDTA K2 anticoagulant venous blood samples to detect accuracy, precision, contamination carrying over rate, linear range, and compared them with the designed standard provided by Beckman Coulter company. Samples were detected with two different sampling modes and the results were compared. Results The accuracy, precision, contamination carrying over rate, linear range of Beckman Coulter LH7S0 automated hematology analyzer accord with the designed requirement of Beckman Coulter company. Biases of two different sampling modes were in the permitted range. Conclusion The Beckman Coulter LH750 automated hematology analyzer is well performed and achieves the clinical demand of hematology analysis.
