目的 评价与验收TECAN EVO Clinical全自动样品处理系统的性能.方法 用比重为1.000的蒸馏水作为测试品,分别做进行10μl和100μl两个量程的加样实验,对TECAN EVO Clinical全自动样品处理系统自动加样器的精密度、准确度进行测试性能评价.选取健康体检标本24份,乙肝患者标本48份,HBsAg弱阳性携带者标本24份进行携带污染率测试.结果 8通道加样针的精密度均小于3.5%、0.75%.结论 准确度、精密度及携带污染率均在可接受范围内,TECAN EVO Clinical全自动样品处理系统的性能可靠,能够满足临床实验的需要.
Evaluation and acception the capability of the Pre-baking system
Objective To evaluate and accept the capability of the full autokinetic system about TECAN EVO Clinical. Methods Use distilled water with specific gravity is 1.000 for testing accuracy and precision about the pre-baking system. And use 24 numbers of healthy specimen ,48 numbers of B liver sufferer's specimen and 24 numbers of tahe the B liver virus's specimen for testing the rate of taking a stain. Result ALL of the instrument index were credible. Conclusion Accuracy , precision and the rate of taking a pollution are in extension, the capability ofthe Pre-baking system about TECAN EVO is acceptable so that it can settle for the clinical need.
