摘要
目的 观察双歧三联活菌胶囊、奥替溴铵、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(帕罗西汀)治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床疗效.方法 120例门诊1BS-D患者随机分为A、B、C三组tA组双歧三联活菌胶囊、奥替溴铵、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛；B组双歧三联活菌胶囊、奥替溴铵、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合谷维素；C组普通治疗组双歧三联活菌胶囊、奥替溴铵、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊.治疗4周观察疗效,记录消化道症状评分(腹痛时间、频率;大便量、大便性状及次数改变).结果 治疗后各组症状评分均有下降(P＜0.05),且三组有效率两两比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 双歧三联活菌胶囊、奥替溴铵、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征更有效,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated by combination of Birid Triple Viable,Otilonium Bromide tablets,Compound Glutamin Entresoluble capsules and Flupentixol Melitracen tablets. Methods 120 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into three groups, they were A group,B group,C group. 40 cases in control group were treated by Birid Triple Viable, Otilonium Bromide tablets, Compound Glutamin Entresoluble capsules. 40 patients in control group were treated by Birid Triple Viable, Otilonium Bromide tablets .Compound Glutamin Entresoluble capsules and Oryzanol. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Birid Triple Viable, Otilonium Bromide tablets. Compound Glutamin Entresoluble capsules and Flupentixol Melitracen tablets. The effect and side effect were observed after a course(4 weeks). Results A group,B group and C group were statistically significant difference in efficiency(P< 0. 05).
