Oral mannitiol solution for bowel preparation before gynecologic surgery Clinical Observation and nursing care
Objective To compared with clinical effects of oral mannitol solution and magnesium sulfate solution for bowel preparation before gynecologic surgery, so as to clinical selection. Methods Solution by observing the use of oral mannitol group and the control efficacy of oral administration of magnesium sulfate group and adverse reactions. Results Two groups of intestinal cleanliness, frequency of defecation was not statistically significant ( P>0. 05); two nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, bloating, abdominal pain, anal stimulation no significant side effects; Time after discharge, dizziness, headache, no significant adverse effects (P>0. 05); mannitol taste, easy to use. Magnesium sulfate bitter, easy to grow bacteria. Conclusion The therapeutic effect with no significant adverse reactions difference, can be used as bowel preparation before gynecologic surgery using drugs, but mannitol and easy to use, easy to save, taste, and can be used in place of magnesium sulfate bowel preparation before gynecologic surgery.
