摘要
目的 探讨经腹超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值.方法 148例输卵管妊娠患者行TAS与TVS检查,并与手术结果对比分析.结果 TVS对胎囊型和未破裂包块型的检出率高于TAS(P＜0.05),TAS与TVS对破裂型输卵管妊娠的检出率无差异(P＞0.05).结论 TVS对早期胎囊型及未破裂包块型输卵管妊娠的诊断优于TAS.两者联合使用对输卵管妊娠诊断有重要临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of rhansabdominal sonography(TAS) and transvaginal sonography(TVS) in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods It was a retrospective study of TAS and TVS finding$ of 148 patients diagnosed pathologically as tubal pregnancy. Results TVS was more sensitive in the diagnosis of early unruptured tubal pregnancy (P<0. 05). There was no difference between TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of ruptured tubal pregnancy(P>0. 05). Conclusion TVS combined with TAS have greater clinical value in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
