Value of the diagnosis for tubal pregnancy suing transabdominal and transvagial sonography
Objective To evaluate the value of rhansabdominal sonography(TAS) and transvaginal sonography(TVS) in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods It was a retrospective study of TAS and TVS finding$ of 148 patients diagnosed pathologically as tubal pregnancy. Results TVS was more sensitive in the diagnosis of early unruptured tubal pregnancy (P<0. 05). There was no difference between TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of ruptured tubal pregnancy(P>0. 05). Conclusion TVS combined with TAS have greater clinical value in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.
