阿立哌唑合并艾司西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症阴性症状对照研究

目的 探讨阿立哌唑合并艾司西酞普兰治疗阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的疗效及安全性.方法 将72例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各36例,研究组口服阿立哌唑合并艾司西酞普兰治疗,对照组口服阿立哌唑合并安慰剂治疗,观察12周,于治疗前及治疗2、4、6、8、12周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定临床疗效及不良反应.结果 12周末研究组的疗效与对照组无显著性差异,但l2周末研究组阴性症状因子分的显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).两组主要不良反应为轻度失眠、头痛、恶心、锥体外系反应、食欲下降等.结论 阿立哌唑合并艾司西酞普兰治疗能显著缓解阴性症状,且不良反应发生率低.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole combined with Escitalopram in treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms. Methods 72 cases of schizophrenia with negative symptoms were randomly divided into research group(n = 36) orally took Aripiprazole plus Escitalopram and control group(n=36) Aripiprazole plus placebo for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PAN-SS) and side effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) respectively before treatment and at the ends of the 2 th,4 th,6 th,8 th and 12 th week treatment. Results At the end of the 12th week treatment, there was no significant difference in effectiveness between two groups. But at the end of the 12th week,the negative symptom score was significantly lower in the research group compared with the control group(f<0.01). Main side effects of both groups were mild insomnia,headache,nausea,extrapyramidal symptoms,decrease of appetite etc. Conclusion Aripiprazole plus Escitalopram can significantly relieve negative symptoms of schizophrenics and less side effects.
