LH750 blood cell analyzer inspection rules and application evaluation
Objective To adopt LH750 blood cell analyzer to evaluate international hematology review panel recommended blood cells review criteria, based on the analysis of experimental data to establish suitable for the apparatus of blood cells review rules. Methods using the LH750 five classification automatic blood cell analyzer with 2 360 specimens, and microscopic examination of smears do, including manual white blood cell classification and morphological observation on cells, in accordance with international blood smear review criteria for rules and smear positive rules are evaluated, calculate the true positive, true negative, false positive and false negative rate. Through the a-nalysis of false positive and false negative cause, and combine the actual situation of the hospital and the instrument performance characteristics of the development of a suitable for the apparatus of blood cells review rules. Results according to the state of Hematology review panel recommended 41 review criteria and smear positive rules on the test results of statistical analysis, the true positive rate is 9. 1% , false positive rate is 28.1 %, true negative rate was 62.2%,the false negative rate was 0. 55% ,reinspection rate was 37. 2% .Application of the modified rules for statistical analysis, the true positive rate was8. 7% , false positive rate wasll. 6% , true negative rate was79. 1% , false negative rate was l. 2%, for reinspection rate was20. 3%. Before and after the use of the two rules were not missed the original young cell review rate was significantly reduced, the false negative rate increased slightly. Conclusions international blood smear review criteria rules the false positive rate is higher, the laboratory shall according to the hospital and equipment characteristics of the blood cell analysis review criteria, which can improve the work efficiency, guarantee the accuracy of the results of blood cell analysis.
