基于B/S架构的船舶海外维修保障平台系统软件设计

摘要
船舶在出口后,面临大量的维修保障需求,为实现对出口船舶的全寿命管理,同时积极发挥出口船舶的溢出经济效益作用,文章依托长期积累的出口船舶信息数据,并以此为基础设计了基于B/S架构的船舶海外维修保障平台系统(SMSP)软件.该系统通过集约式信息集中计算技术,实现了对用户国信息、船舶状态、维修保障记录、物资存量、培训信息等维护保障工作信息的统一精细化管理及维修保障反哺船舶改进的信息分析功能,加速了我国出口装备售后工作向世界一流装备研发生产单位水平的靠拢,增强了装备出口工作溢出产业的潜力,对完善装备出口产业链条具有一定意义.
Abstract
Exported ships face a large number of requirements for overseas maintenance and support after their delivery.According to realize the life cycle management of exported ships and leverage their spillover economic ben-efits,this paper adopts related information data accumulated in the long term to design a ship maintenance support platform software(SMSP)based on B/S architecture.By employing intensive information centralized computing technology,the system realizes unified and refined information management of maintenance and support work such as users'information,ship status,maintenance records,material stock,and training information.Meanwhile,this system has the information analysis function of maintenance support and feedback for ship improvement.Finally,this accelerates the process of China's export equipment after-sales work to become world-class equipment research and development and production units and enhances the potential of spillover industries in equipment export,provid-ing certain significance for improving the industrial chain of equipment export.
