摘要
文章以长江南京段某100m客渡趸船为研究对象,在其营运检验中,通过采用水下检验代替中间检验(船底外部检查)的方式取得《内河船舶安全与环保证书》,详述申请水下检验的法规依据、实施方案、结论等,解决了船舶安全运营与经济性的矛盾,为促进内河航运业船舶安全运营,经济社会的安全健康高质量发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
This article takes a 100 m passenger ferry barge in the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as the research object.During its operational inspection,this article obtains the Inland Ship Safety and Environmental Protection Certificate by using underwater inspection instead of intermediate inspection(external inspection of the ship bottom).The article details the regulatory basis,implementation plan,and conclusions of applying for under-water inspection and solves the contradiction between ship safety operation and economy.As a result,it provides a reference for promoting the safe operation of ships in the inland shipping industry and the safe,healthy,and high-quality development of the economy and society.
