阀门内漏声发射监测及其信号特征提取与分析

针对阀门内漏监测困难,文章提出非介入式的无损检测对内漏信号进行检测.文章分析了阀门完全密封与阀门内漏、各种外界干扰等工况信号的时频域特征,研究内漏信号的特征参数与阀门进口压力、泄漏速率的关系,得到振动加速度aRMS值与泄漏速率的函数关系,为泄漏速率的估算提供依据.通过对小波包能量分率的研究,得到阀门内漏能量集中在3 200~8000Hz的结论.
In view of the difficulty of valve internal leakage monitoring,this article proposes a non-interventional nondestructive testing method to detect internal leakage signals.The article analyzes the time-frequency domain characteristics of working condition signals such as completely sealed valves,valve internal leak-age,and various external interference.It studies the relationship among characteristic parameters of internal leakage signal,valve inlet pressure,and leakage speed and obtains the function relationship between the vibration accelera-tion aRMS and the leakage speed,which provides a basis for the estimation of leakage speed.According to the wave-let packet energy fraction,the paper is concludes that the energy of valve internal leakage concentrates in 3 200~8 000 Hz.
