摘要
液化石油气(LPG)船修理具有危险程度高、安全管理难度大等特点,文章根据近年来LPG船修理经验,结合船舶修造企业实际,研究制定了 LPG船修理安全管理团队组建、安全教育培训、安全初始评估、项目6S管理、危险作业管控、设备设施管理、消防应急、完工总结等全流程安全管理要求,形成了系统化、规范化的LPG船修理安全管理标准.
Abstract
Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)ship repair has the characteristics of a high degree of danger and difficulty in safety management.According to the experience of LPG ship repair in recent years and the actual situa-tion of ship repair enterprises,this article investigates and formulates the whole-process safety management require-ments,involving safety management team formation for LPG ship repair,safety education and training,initial safety assessment,6S project management,hazardous operation control,equipment and facility management,fire emergency,and completion summary,forming a systematic and standardized safety management standard for LPG ship repair.
