摘要
文章以船舶液舱涂层为研究对象,分析了现有的船舶液舱涂层附着力测试方法的工作原理及存在的问题,总结出一种基于拉开法的船舶液舱涂层附着力测试装置的设计要求,并参考现有测试装置,利用AutoCAD软件平台设计了一种新型船舶液舱涂层附着力测试装置.介绍了该装置的工作原理及主要组成部件,并从技术、结构、操作等方面对该装置进行了可行性分析,结果表明该装置是可行的.
Abstract
By studying the ship's liquid tank coating,this paper analyzes the working principle and the cur-rent problems of the existing adhesion test methods for liquid tank coatings of ships,and summarizes the design re-quirements for a coating adhesion testing device for ship tanks based on the pull-off test to solve the existing prob-lems.The paper designs a new type of ship tank to coat adhesion testing device via the AutoCAD software platform ac-cording to the design requirements and based on the existing testing devices.This paper introduces the working prin-ciple and main components of the device and analyzes the feasibility of the device in terms of technology,structure and operation.The results show that the device is feasible.
