内河船舶实时能效营运指数在线监测系统设计

内河船舶在实际航行过程中,能效营运指数(EEOI)多为一段时间或几个航次的平均值,相比远洋船舶,内河船舶受航行环境影响更大,EEOI不能直接用于表征船舶实时能效水平.针对此问题,文章采用嵌入式开发和4G移动网络技术,设计开发内河船舶实时能效营运指数在线监测系统.该系统实现了对内河船舶营运能效的实时监测,并能够在岸端数据管理平台对船舶能效和航行状态等数据进行远程监测、实时存储、动态显示以及下载,为我国内河船舶营运过程中的能效数据监测提供了有效手段.
In the physical navigation process of inland ships,the energy efficiency operation index(EEOI)usually be the average value of a period or several voyages.Compared with ocean-going ships,inland ships are more affected by the navigation environment and the EEOI cannot be directly used to characterize the real-time energy effi-ciency level for ships.Considering solving this problem,this paper designed and developed a real-time energy effi-ciency online monitoring system for inland ships based on embedded development and 4G mobile network technol-ogy.The system realized real-time monitoring of EEOI of inland ships and allows remote monitoring,real-time stor-age,dynamic display and download of the data of energy efficiency and navigation status of the ships through the on-shore data management platform,providing an effective means of monitoring the energy efficiency data in the pro-cess of China's inland ships operation.
