Abstract
This paper introduced the technological methods of center line detection,center line determination and shaft alignment for the shafting conversion and replacement of a ship,and highlighted the matters needing atten-tion in the process of shaft alignment and the related measures for ensuring the accuracy,which can provide a refer-ence for solving similar problems.
