某型柴油机废气涡轮增压器自动转换故障分析与排除

摘要
文章针对某型柴油机废气涡轮增压器运行状态无法从1台增压器(1TC)自动转换至2台增压器(2TC)的故障,对相继涡轮增压(STC)控制系统、A列排气背压高报警、冒烟报警和负荷报警4种情况进行了排查.分析结果表明,故障原因是管路磨损破口后交叉窜气,并通过船舶航行试车进行了验证.
Abstract
Considering solving the failure that the operation state of the turbocharger of a type of diesel engine cannot convert automatically from 1TC to 2TC,this paper analyzed the Sequential Turbo Charging(STC)control system,the alarm of high back pressure of exhaust from side A,smoke alarm and load alarm.The analysis results show that cross-blowy due to a worn-out rupture in the pipeline leads to failure,verified by the ship trail run.
