一种转爪锚与锚唇卡滞原因分析和优化设计

为解决一种居中布置的锚唇在初始抛锚时,转爪锚卡滞在锚唇上无法抛出问题,文章建立锚系、转爪锚、锚链以及锚唇空间模型,并对锚唇空间模型进行剖面划分.通过分析转爪锚在锚唇停驻点力学特征,得出增大停驻点位置处线型变化梯度,有益于增大抛锚时转爪锚获得竖直向下的分力;通过分析转爪锚在锚唇上运动轨迹力学特征,得出转爪锚在锚唇滑移段曲线上的切线角度接近45°时,有益于增大抛锚时转爪锚获得水平向外的分力;通过分析锚链与锚唇相对运动的力学特征,得出减小锚唇截面曲线的曲率,可减缓锚唇边缘磨损,进而减缓锚抛出时水平向外力和竖直向下力的损耗趋势.对锚唇线型进行优化后,增大了转爪锚抛出瞬间的滑移力,避免出现转爪锚卡滞在锚唇内无法抛出的问题.
In the hope of solving the problem of a type of fluke anchor getting seized in the anchor mouth with a centered arrangement during the initial anchoring,the paper established the space model of the anchor system,fluke anchor,anchor chain and anchor mouth,and divided the section of space model of anchor mouth.Analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the fluke anchor at the anchor mouth indicated that increasing the linear gradient at the anchor mouth is beneficial to the increase of the vertical downward force component of the anchor.Analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the motion trajectory of the fluke anchor on the anchor mouth indicated that when the tangent angle of the anchor at the slip section of the anchor mouth is close to 45°,it is beneficial to the increase of the horizontal outward force component of the anchor.Analyzing the mechanical characteristics of the relative motion be-tween the anchor chain and the anchor mouth indicated that decreasing the curvature of the cross-section curve of the anchor mouth can slow down the edge wear of the anchor mouth,and then slow down the loss of horizontal force and vertical force during anchor casting.The optimization of the linear shape of the anchor mouth enables the increase of sliding force of the fluke anchor at the moment of casting,to avoid the problem of the fluke anchor getting seized in the anchor mouth and not being able to be cast.
