海洋平台注水泵机组滚动轴承故障特征提取研究

为了识别海洋平台注水泵机组滚动轴承的故障,文章应用谐波小波包变换,提取了滚动轴承的外圈、内圈及滚动体故障特征信号,分析了滚动轴承振动过大时故障特征信号的变化.结果表明:谐波小波包变换能从强噪声背景中提取微弱的滚动轴承故障特征信号,通过提取的故障特征信号的幅值变化,能判断出滚动轴承的外圈、内圈及滚动体故障.
Considering identifying the faults of the rolling bearing of the injection pump unit of the offshore plat-form,this paper extracted the fault feature signals of the outer ring,inner ring and rolling element of the rolling bear-ing through harmonic wavelet packet transform and analyzed the change of fault feature signals when the vibration of the rolling bearing is too large.The results show that the harmonic wavelet packet transform can extract the weak roll-ing bearing fault feature signals from the strong noise background,and then determine the rolling bearing outer ring,inner ring and rolling element faults through the amplitude change of the extracted fault feature signals.
