摘要

修船业作为全球航运业的重要组成部分,面临着修船周期长、工作效率低、人员培训成本高等诸多挑战.为了应对这些挑战,文章基于大数据管理分析、智能移动设备等创新技术,提出了一种智慧修船新模式,以大数据为支撑进行分析,实现数据的管理和调配应用.同时,文章介绍了无人机近观检验、AR远程检验和修船指挥中心3类智能化场景,深入分析了它们的技术原理和功能特点,并结合实际案例进行验证.研究结果表明,智慧修船新模式具有可行性,能够提升修船业务管理水平、工作效率以及人员整体素质,同时显著降低修船成本,增强企业在市场竞争中的优势.

Abstract

As an important part of the global shipping industry,the sub-industry of ship repair faces chal-lenges of long repair periods,low work efficiency and high personnel training costs.Considering addressing these challenges,this paper put forward a new intelligent mode of ship repair based on big data management and analysis and intelligent mobile devices,which can realize big data analysis-based data management and application.Further-more,this paper introduces 3 intelligent scenarios:unmanned aerial vehicles close-up survey,AR remote survey and ship repair command center,provides a deep analysis of their technical principles and functional characteris-tics,and verifies them with actual cases.The study results show that the new intelligent mode of ship repair is fea-sible to improve the management level,work efficiency and overall quality of personnel for ship repair,significantly reduce the ship repair costs,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
