紧抓四个"关键"做好船舶修期管控

摘要
针对修期管控的要求,文章探讨了确保船舶修理质量和缩短船舶在厂修理时间的方法,在全面总结修期管控实践工作经验的基础上,分析了影响修理进度和质量的潜在问题因素,着重在修前准备、方案制定、强化配合、全程监管这四个"关键"环节提出了针对性措施,为有效解决船舶用修矛盾、提升保障效益提供支撑.
Abstract
According to the requirements for control of ship repair period,this paper discussed the methods to ensure the quality of ship repair and shorten the time of ship repair in the shipyard.The paper summarized the practi-cal experience of repair period control and analyzed the potential factors affecting the repair progress and quality.Further,this paper put forward measures to emphasize the four key links of preparation before repair,development of repair plan,close cooperation and whole-process supervision,to effectively solve the problem of contradiction between ship use and repair and support the advance effectiveness.
