消磁电流控制仪快速检修技术研究

摘要
消磁电流控制仪修理主要依托修理样机开展,修理样机与实装基本一致,没有专门设计修理功能,修理效率不高.文章提出一种快速检修技术,可以融合多种型号消磁电流控制仪的修理功能,实现故障快速定位和修复,降低对修理人员的专业要求,提升装备维修保障效率.
Abstract
The maintenance of degaussing the current controller mainly depends on the maintenance of the pro-totype which is consistent with the real controller,but the maintenance is inefficient due to the lack of a specific de-sign of maintenance function.This paper presents a rapid maintenance technology,which can repair various models of degaussing current controllers,realize rapid fault location and maintenance,lower the requirements for the pro-fessional level of maintenance personnel,and improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance support.
