摘要
某船1#发电机组柴油机横向振动剧烈,振动速度时域信号稳定,振动速度频谱中1倍转频成分突出.文章测量了柴油机热工参数和柴油机及其隔振系统的固有频率,进行了润滑油的光谱分析,排除了燃烧不均匀、共振、异常磨损等原因,认为引起1#发电机组振动剧烈的原因主要是柴油机扭振减震器损坏.更换扭振减震器后,振动明显降低,故障排除.
Abstract
The transverse vibration of the diesel engine of the No.1 generator set on a ship is severe,with a stable time domain signal of vibration speed,and the double rotational frequency component stands out prominently in the vibration velocity spectrum.This paper measured the thermal parameters of the diesel engine and the natural frequency of the diesel engine and its vibration isolation system,carried out the spectral analysis of lubricating oil and ruled out the reasons such as uneven combustion,resonance and abnormal wear.Therefore,this paper holds that the main reason for the severe vibration of the No.1 generator set is the damage of the torsional vibration damper to the diesel engine.It reduces the vibration and eliminates the fault after replacing the torsional vibration damper.
