摘要

某工程船负荷大时会出现轴系跳动、艉轴管密封处漏油漏水现象.为解决该问题,文章在左、右艉轴管前部各加装一轴承.加装轴承过程中,将轴承座车削加工,用干冰冷冻方法将新制轴套镶嵌在轴承座内,解决了右艉轴管前部轴承座出现的偏心问题.加装后对轴系各轴承进行顶升法负荷测试,各轴承承载负荷分布合理.出厂海试及多次大负荷项目作业均没有出现轴系跳动及密封漏油漏水现象,本次加装轴承的工作合理有效.

Abstract

When an engineering ship is under heavy load,there is shafting runout and oil/water leakage at the seal of the stern tube.To solve these problems,this paper installs an extra bearing in front of each stern tube at the portside and starboard.During the installation of the bearings,this paper solved the eccentricity of the front bearing seat of the starboard stern tube by machining the bearing seat and embedding a new sleeve into it with the dry ice freezing method.After the installation,each bearing of the shafting with the jack-up method,showed that each bear-ing load was reasonably distributed.During the sea trial and many high-load projects,there were no shafting runouts or oil/water leakages,which fully demonstrated that the installation of extra bearings was reasonable and effective.
