为探究船用齿轮箱拍振故障机理和优化设备运行过程中的健康管理,文章首先针对实船故障信号进行振动测量,然后对所测信号开展时域、频域、共振解调谱、阶次谱和细化谱分析,最后解析信号处理分析结果,揭示了齿轮箱拍振故障原因.结果显示该方法可有效分析船用齿轮箱拍振故障特征,为解决故障提供了思路.
Due to explore the fault mechanism of beat vibration of marine gearbox and optimize the health moni-toring in equipment operation process,this paper first executes the vibration measurement against the signal of the real marine beat fault.In addition,it analyzes the time domain,frequency domain,resonance demodulation spec-trum,order spectrum and refined spectrum of the signal.Finally,it analyzes the signal processing results and re-veals the reason for the beat vibration fault of the gearbox.The results show that the method in this paper can effec-tively analyze the beat vibration fault characteristics of marine gearboxes and provide a reference to resolve the fault.
