摘要
文章全面阐述了高压水喷射处理技术的应用特性及其对表面状态的影响,介绍了一种适用于高压水喷射处理后闪锈表面的UNIVERSAL EP-60环氧涂料,并依据NORSOK M-501的验证程序对该涂料性能进行评估.结果表明,该涂料具有极强的抗闪锈和吸水性能,可应用于船舶外板、压载舱等多个需要高压水喷射处理的部位.
Abstract
The paper comprehensively describes the application characteristics of high-pressure water jetting treatment technology and its influence on the surface condition.It introduces a UNIVERSAL EP-60 epoxy coating for surfaces where flash rust occurs after high-pressure water jetting treatment and provides the evaluation of the coat-ing performance according to the validation procedures in NORSOK M-501.The results show that the coating has ex-cellent flash rust resistance and water absorption,and applies to the ship shell plate,ballast tank and other parts of the ship that require high-pressure water jetting treatment.
