船舶空心艉轴的中空系数对其强度及抗冲击性能影响分析

摘要
船舶艉轴是输出船舶动力和驱动螺旋桨工作的传动轴,艉轴空心设计与制造可以实现艉轴重量轻量化.文章以船舶空心艉轴为分析对象,分别在静载荷、动载荷以及冲击载荷条件下,从不同中空系数的角度对艉轴进行强度和抗冲击性能影响分析,揭示中空系数与艉轴性能之间的影响关系,为空心艉轴设计时确定中空系数提供依据.研究结果表明,综合考虑艉轴轻量化、强度以及抗冲击性能,中空系数在0.55~0.65范围内船舶艉轴能够拥有良好的工作性能.
Abstract
The stern shaft of a ship is the transmission shaft that outputs power and drives the propellers.Hol-low design and manufacture can achieve a low weight of the stern shaft.This paper takes the hollow stern shaft of a ship as the analysis object.It analyzes the influence of different hollow coefficients on the strength and impact resis-tance of the stern shaft under the conditions of static load,dynamic load and shock load,to reveal the relationship between the hollow coefficient and the performance of the stern shaft,and provide a basis for determining the hollow coefficient during the design of the hollow stern shaft.The results show that after considering the lightweight,strength and impact resistance on the stern shaft,the hollow coefficient in the range of 0.55~0.65 can ensure good working performance.
