To accurately and quickly calculate the ship resistance of displacement ships,this paper presents an in-depth study of the model quality,grid scheme,physical model,boundary conditions and initial conditions,and solver settings that affect the accuracy and efficiency of the calculations of model-scale ship resistance and full-scale ship resistance,forming a standard and universal technical solution for the CFD calculation of displacement ship resistance.Based on this technical solution,this paper conducts a numerical analysis of model-scale ship resis-tance and full-scale ship resistance on two typical displacement ships and compares the numerical calculation results with the tank test results.The results show that the errors were both within 1%at each speed.
