智能控制在自升式平台升降系统的应用研究

摘要
升降系统作为自升式平台的核心设备,其性能好坏直接影响整个自升式平台的安全和使用效果.为提高平台的作业效率,减少升降操作时的人工干预,增强设备的安全可靠性,文章对升降系统的一键站桩、远程监测和健康状态检测等智能控制技术进行研究,实现了平台的快速站桩、远程控制和诊断,解决了升降系统操作复杂、不易检修的难题.
Abstract
The jacking system is the core equipment of the jack-up platform.Its performance directly affects the safety and use effect of the entire jack-up platform.To improve the operating efficiency of the platform,reduce manual intervention during the jacking operations,and enhance the safety and reliability of the equipment,this pa-per studied the intelligent control technologies such as one-key staking,remote control and health status test of the jacking system,and realized the rapid staking of the platform,remote control and diagnosis,which solved the prob-lems of complicated operation and maintenance difficulties of the jacking system.
