在某自升式风电平台的桩腿升级改造中,需要拆除4条旧桩腿,更换为4条新桩腿.文章对该项目进行分析研究,开发了自升式风电平台在码头时的旧桩腿拆除和新桩腿吊装技术,通过设计吊环安装方案和定位工装,使新桩腿吊装精度和直线度满足设计图纸要求,最终完成了桩腿升级改造任务.
In an upgrading and modification project of the pile leg of a jack-up wind power platform,it is nec-essary to replace 4 pile legs of the platform with 4 new pile legs.This paper analyzed and studied the project,and de-veloped the technology of the pile leg removal and lifting installation technology for the platform at the dock.Through the design of the lifting ring and positioning tooling,this paper satisfied the requirements of design drawing on lifting accuracy and straightness,and finally completed the pile leg upgrading and modification work.
