摘要
针对船用特种设备危险系数高、风险因素复杂、配套监管不完善等问题,文章参照民用特种设备风险管控经验做法,提出船舶特种设备一体化安全顾问对策,为提高特种设备的系统安全管理水平提供方案.
Abstract
This paper focuses on the characteristics of high-risk coefficient,complex risk factors,and incom-plete supporting supervision of special marine equipment.By referring to the experience and practice of risk control for special civil equipment,this paper proposed integrated safety countermeasures for special marine equipment,providing a reference for naval units to improve the safety management level for special equipment.
