摘要
文章针对船舶柴油机润滑黏度异常升高问题,论述了黏度升高的主要原因及分析方法,并分别对高温变质、烟炱过多导致滑油黏度异常升高监测实例进行了系统介绍与分析,最后总结了故障分析经验.
Abstract
This paper discussed the reasons and the analysis methods for abnormal increase of lubricating oil viscosity for marine diesel engines,introduced and analyzed the cases of abnormal increase of lubricating oil viscos-ity due to high-temperature metamorphism and excessive soot,and finally summarized the experience of fault analy-sis.
