基于温度载荷作用的螺栓拆卸工艺

摘要

针对维修保养中时常遇到的螺栓拆卸困难的问题,在参考大量国内外学者对温度载荷下螺栓预紧力的影响的相关理论研究基础上,文章提出了一种基于温度载荷作用的螺栓拆卸工艺,利用温度载荷作用下使螺栓预紧力减小的原理,采用电弧焊点焊加热的形式来拆卸螺栓,可以有效解决因紧固螺栓咬死、黏连、锈蚀,以及螺栓六角头严重腐蚀而导致螺栓难以拆卸的问题.该方法易于操作,有效避免了传统螺栓拆卸方法的弊端.

Abstract

In view of the difficulty of bolt disassembly that frequently occurs during maintenance,based on a large number of domestic and foreign scholars'relevant theoretical studies on the influence of temperature loading on bolt pre-tightening force,this paper proposed a bolt disassembly process based on temperature load.By using the principle of reducing bolt pre-tightening force under temperature load,and disassembling the bolt by heating with arc welding in the type of spot welding,it effectively solved the problems of fastening bolt seizure,adhesion,rust-ing,and the difficulties in disassembly due to serious corrosion of bolt hexagonal head.The method is easy to oper-ate and effectively avoids the disadvantages of the traditional bolt disassembly method.
