摘要
文章针对TBD234V12电站柴油机启动困难故障,从气缸燃油发火燃烧机理入手,依次分析了影响电站柴油机启动的燃油系统和电子调速器系统,确定导致该型电站柴油机启动困难的原因是手动燃油预供泵失效.通过分解手动燃油预供泵发现:一是橡胶密封圈失效,密封不严,漏油和漏气严重;二是手动燃油预供泵内部2个单向阀被棉线缠绕,造成关闭不严,泵油压力下降.通过换件的办法进行了修复,并进行了试车验证.
Abstract
In view of the difficulty of starting a TBD234V12 diesel engine in a power station,this paper based on the ignition and combustion mechanism of cylinder fuel,analyzed the fuel system and electronic governor system that affect the start-up of diesel engine,and determined that the cause of the difficulty in starting the diesel engine is the failure of the manual fuel pre-supply pump.By disassembling the manual fuel pre-supply pump,this paper found that:first,the rubber sealing ring failed and caused loose sealing and serious oil and air leakage,secondly,cotton threads wrapped the 2 one-way valves inside the manual fuel pre-supply pump,causing loose closure and pump oil pressure drop.This paper repaired the engine by replacing parts and verified the result by starting a test run.
