摘要

纵倾平衡系统可以调整无人潜航器的航行姿态,使潜航器安全可靠航行,文章结合现有研究现状,设计搭建试验台,从纵倾平衡系统管路压力特性、管路包覆材料、管路加装蓄能器3个方面进行了试验.试验数据表明,管路压力波动的最大值与调水压力初值近似呈线性关系,水锤冲击压力脉动时间约为0.2 s;管路包覆阻尼材料和加装蓄能器可有效抑制管道振动,2种抑制手段最高使压力振幅降低32.8%.

Abstract

The trim balance system can adjust the navigation attitude of unmanned underwater vehicles,en-suring safe and reliable navigation.Based on the existing research,this paper designed and built a test bench,and conducted tests from three aspects:the pressure characteristics of the trim balance system pipeline,the pipeline wrapping material,and the installation of an accumulator in the pipeline.The test data shows that the maximum fluc-tuation of pipeline pressure is approximately linearly related to the initial value of water regulating pressure,with a water hammer impact pressure fluctuation time of about 0.2 seconds;the wrapping of damping materials on the pipe-line and the installation of an accumulator can effectively suppress pipeline vibration.The two suppression methods can reduce the pressure amplitude by up to 32.8%.
