低速船用柴油机油底壳裂纹换新维修实例

某船低速船用柴油机在运行6 000h后,主机油底壳发生裂纹损坏,进入船厂进行换新维修.由于船舶主机体积和质量较大,机舱空间狭小,为现场施工带来困难.经过对现场船体结构和主机结构的分析,提出吊运主机上部与油底壳分离并在机舱前壁开设出舱工艺孔的方案.更换主机油底壳工程在船舶修理行业中较为罕见,文章为船舶主机油底壳换新工程提供一种思路.
After 6 000 hours of operation of the low-speed marine diesel engine,crack damage occurred on the oil sump,and it needs to enter the shipyard for replacement maintenance.The large volume and weight and con-fined space inside the engine caused difficulties in maintenance.After the analysis on the structure of both the hull and the engine,this paper put forward a program of lifting the upper part of the engine to separate it from the oil sump and opening an auxiliary hole on the front wall of the chamber.The replacement of oil sump is rare in the ship repair industry,and this paper provided a new train of thought for the replacement work of oil sump of marine diesel en-gines.
