This paper mainly introduced the 3D simulation anti-collision method for gantry cranes:through the 3D modeling of the equipment and transmitting the position data to the server for anti-collision judgment,it can feedback the early warning information to the cab to assist the driver's operation,reduce the operation risk and im-prove the safety level.This method is easy to operate and strongly reliable,and can greatly enhance the safety of on-site lifting.
