某船锅炉热水循环系统改造方案及使用效果分析

某插桩式风电安装船热水锅炉热功率偏低,无法满足冬季环境下油水舱加热、生活区供暖、生活区热水供应等多重需要.为了解决上述问题,文章提出对热水锅炉加热循环系统加装热水泵的改造方案,该改造方案有效弥补了热水锅炉功率不足问题,避免了供热不足导致各油/水舱加热温度不够而结冰的现象,且为生活区提供热能增加了备选方案,降低了锅炉的使用频率及故障率.另外,每年还能够为船舶节省燃油消耗成本约25~40万元,促进节能减排及保护环境.
The thermal power of the hot water boiler of a pile-insertion type wind power installation ship is too low to meet the multiple needs of oil and water tank heating,living area heating and hot water supply in winter.In or-der to solve the above problems,this paper proposed a transformation scheme by adding hot water pump to the heat-ing circulation system of the hot water boiler,which effectively makes up for the problem of insufficient power of the hot water boiler.It reduced the risk that the oil/water tank will freeze due to inadequate heating temperature.It pro-vides an alternative program for the heating of the living area,reducing the use frequency and failure rate of the boiler.Furthermore,it can save the cost of fuel consumption of 250 000 to 400 000 RMB a year,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and protect the environment.
