为优化海水变频系统,文章通过对比3种节能模式,分析研究海水泵变频节能系统设计难点,并优化变频控制逻辑.同时,利用pipenet软件优化管路系统设计,确定海水泵实际工作点,并根据泵的工作点模拟计算出海水泵实际节能效果.最后,基于节能效果分析泵前期选型的合理性,为其他类似项目提供经验.
In order to optimize the seawater frequency conversion system,this paper compared 3 energy sav-ing modes to analyze the difficulties in the design of the frequency conversion energy saving system of seawater pumps and optimize the frequency conversion control logic.Meanwhile,this paper used the software"pipenet"to opti-mize the piping system design and determine the actual working point of the seawater pump.In addition,it calcu-lates the actual energy-saving effect of the seawater pump according to the working point of the pump.Finally,based on the energy-saving effect,this paper analyzed the rationality of pump selection in the early design stage,which provides valuable experience for other similar marine engineering project design and construction.
