摘要
轴承是机械设备中重要的零件之一.文章针对9L20/27柴油机连杆轴承烧蚀这一典型故障,结合实际装备和经验深入分析了故障原因和排除方法,并提出多项应急使用方案,为船舶柴油机使用与维护提供新参考.
Abstract
Bearing is one of the most important parts of mechanical equipment.In view of the typical fault of ab-lation on the connecting rod bearing of a 9L20/27 diesel engine,this paper deeply analyzed the causes and elimina-tion methods of the fault based on actual equipment and experience and proposed several emergency use schemes,which provide a new reference for the use and maintenance of marine diesel engines.
